Accordingly, if a problem with groundwater inflow occurs in an underground structure before the expiration of the warranty period based on the contract, our company undertakes to eliminate the problem with its own funds and efforts no later than 10 calendar days from the date of written notification.

In the event that the building has undergone a settlement process and groundwater has entered the underground structure as a result of a crack, our company’s specialists will easily treat the visible problem area.
